Heh fellow sojourners

Peter Veysie's picture

Heh all you special people. I am wondering as to whether the time has come to set this space up in a place where it is more accesible - like facebook - although there may be some or many who find that quite invasive. I am struggling to keep up with all the conversations and wonder whether there is worth in combining it a bit into something we all open daily. What do you all think ?

Not Facebook

Facebook is OK for keeping track of people, but not conversations. I visit Facebook maybe once a fortnight or so, and if people leave messages for me there I sometimes don't see them for months. I visit blogs I'm interested in more frequently, maybe 3-4 times a week.

half a dozen of one...

There does seem to be more conversation happening in groups on Face Book than on this Emerging Africa and Transform. I'd as much welcome a move as not.

And umpteen dozen of the other

If there is discussion in Facebook, I hope it starts in one of the existing groups. I can't keep up with the discussions in groups I already belong to there, so I don't want to join any new ones.

Have you tried a news reader

Have you tried a news reader like Google Reader, Peter? That way you can check whenever something new is posted here :)
